An Adeptus Arbites handler controls this semi-autonomous device designed to capture fugutives. It resembles a mechanical bird of prey, has hooks and taser spikes for talons, a suspensor field, and the cortex of an Avignoran black eagle, which allows it to identify and track its prey. They have the strength to carry a grown man after capture.
