Abbreviated STC, these vast fabrication libraries from the Dark Age of Technology used local materials to construct anything colonists might need. There are no surviving operational systems, and even single items from their libraries are priceless treasures. The Imperium locates some lost STC data or a partially intact constructor, allowing them to recover some small portion of lost technology.
